J2827 - Our client is seeking a Leasing Account Manager, Germany, Switzerland & Benelux to facilitate incremental sales opportunities by promoting financial products, solutions and programs to customers. You will collaborate across multiple functions to effectively develop the equipment leasing strategy in the Central Region of Europe.
Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: Germany, Frankfurt region
Develop region specific plans & goals with the General Manager to offer financial solutions.
Partner with and coach product sales representatives on the effective use of financial products.
Select preferred funding sources for long-term financial business partners.
Act as the financing subject matter expert in complex transactions.
Gather market intelligence on product and transactional opportunities.
Work with Product Marketing to develop financial marketing promotions.
Negotiate and close lease terms with customers to drive revenue growth.
Work with internal stakeholders including F&A, Order Entry and IT to develop internal lease process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred.
Experience (5-7 yrs.) in equipment leasing or related function.
Completion of a bank training program preferred.
Expert knowledge of financial products, accounting regulations, pricing practices, operating requirements and transaction structures applicable to capital equipment financing.
Successful track record of building relationships at the highest levels within customers’ organizations.
Fluency in German & English languages are pre-requisites.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
