​J2828 - Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist, experienced in equipment finance. You will work closely with the Sales teams and the Asset Finance Manager in providing administrative support, on both the Agriculture and Machinery finance transactions.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Oxfordshire

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing finance quotes.

• Raising finance documents.

• Processing finance approvals, and updating systems

• Liaising with customers where necessary to request information required to complete the deal.

• Financial Conduct Authority – making sure the team is compliant with FCA guidelines, and assisting with the yearly reporting.

• Processing Settlements on outstanding finance – making sure all processes have been followed correctly before passing to Finance Manager for payout if necessary.

• Monitoring and updating deals in process, chasing overdue items.

• Supporting ad hoc requests that come into Funding Inbox.

• Supporting the Finance Manager/Directors.

• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc with the ability to quickly learn to use new, previously unfamiliar software).

• Attention to details and accuracy.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
