J2886 - Our client is seeking an Internal Account Manager - Construction & Logistics, to proactively manage specified dealer relationships in the Construction & Logistics market. You will set-up and on-board new dealers and provide regular telephone contact and support. In addition, you will also ensure that introductory sources are reviewed in a timely fashion, achieving agreed conversion efficiencies and providing day to day management of accounts that ensure they receive industry leading service.

Act as the main contact point for specified dealers, ensuring efficient proposal flow and conversion into new business .
Proactively contact specific dealers as agreed with sales management to handle their sales enquiries and converting them into new business through effective negotiation and follow-up.
Monitor and review KPIs and SLAs with specified dealers, ensuring agreed sales conversion rates and service quality are achieved.
Manage documentation completion requests from dealers, whilst continuing to develop the use of POS by dealers.
Participate in introductory source reviews in a timely fashion ensuring all dealers remain valid and compliant.
Deal with specific queries from introductory sources, providing required information that enhances our overall relationship.
Broad knowledge and understanding of commercial finance specifically within the sales aid vendor finance market.
Strong communication skills and an ability to influence and negotiate.
Ability to work under own initiative, but also as part of a dynamic sales team.
Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
