Job description

​J2913 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator with responsibility for monitoring department KPIs, including credit proposal quality, acceptance rate and payout validation. You will proactively prepare new proposals, upload them into the system and present them to Credit as well as package transactions for payout, checking they are documented correctly and meet Credit conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Sales Team to support the development of profitable and sustainable relationship with existing and new Vendors and Partners.

  • Effectively manage all incoming inquiries from Vendors, Partners and Customers in a timely manner.

  • Promptly load proposals on the system with all necessary information to maximise acceptance rate.

  • Communicate effectively with the sales team for any declined or referred proposal and follow up of any outstanding documentation or information.

  • Prepare financial documentation for customer e-signature and load them into the system for completion.

  • Review all customer documentation and progress the agreements to Payout.

  • Manage as necessary post booking enquiries that require administrative support.s

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • Self-motivated, articulate and professional.

  • Good asset finance product knowledge and basic documentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross functionally.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good understanding of Credit and Risk to present deals and challenge referrals and declines.

  • Ability to price transactions using the Assist or Spring and HP17 or equivalent.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

  • Highly numerate and practical problem solving capabilities.

  • IT skills to include word/excel/ and ability to learn new IT products.

  • Can work to service level deadlines.

  • Experience and comfortable in participating in external customer meetings.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
