J2980 - Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to assume a newly developed role that will help realise the next growth phase for the business. You will be responsible for the definition and creation of the digital marketing strategy and execution plan. You will ensure exciting and engaging content across all of its digital real estate ans well as build brand awareness.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits and discretionary bonus. Location: UK, Flexible Location (Mids preferred)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Redefine the digital user experience/journey.
Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
SEO management.
Inorganic marketing and paid advertisements.
Social strategy and content management.
Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels.
Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results.
Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

Fantastic communicator with excellent consumer awareness.
Strategic mindset with a creative flair.
Driven and not afraid to roll their sleeves-up to make things happen.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
