Job description

​J3025 - Our client is seeking a Sales Support Manager, to manage, motivate and engage the Sales Support team to own and provide the highest levels of support to the field sales team. Your team will accurately and timely create partners, manage the transaction process and provide transaction document management and control. Your team will communicate effectively internally and with customers and vendors. You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and proactively drive the business to achieve all the objectives set.

  • Monitor and oversee daily new business workloads, transaction flow and control and payout pack preparation of finance contracts.

  • Ensure Team accurately load transactions into the system.

  • Complete allocated elements of the transaction flow, partner creation, AML check, deal completeness for passing to Risk etc.

  • Ensure Team liaise with Finance Team to ensure timely payment to our Vendors/Suppliers.

  • Support the MD, sales to ensure the Team are aligned to support their Vendor Manager with their customer transactions via a buddy system.

  • Be a point of contact for the Sales Team.

  • All round Senior Leadership Team Member who will be willing to be involved with issues outside of their specific job role as required.

  • Deal with Vendor or customer immediately involving a team member or to the relevant business area within the company.

  • Monitoring of the preparation and issuing of documentation to customers.

  • Complete / lead various projects as assigned by MD, Sales.

  • Work closely with the SLT to deliver a seamless customer experience for our Vendors/Customers


  • Previous experience in Asset Finance / Leasing company preferred.

  • Previous experience of managing an internal team is preferred.

  • Knowledge of leasing products, leasing calculations and invoicing rules is preferred.

  • Previous experience of Customer Relationship Management systems, Administration Systems and associated interfaces within a Banking or Asset Finance industry.

  • Good working Knowledge of MS Office Products including Excel and Word.

  • Full understanding of a sales support process and what is required to deliver results.

  • Project Management experience desired to assist the Central Project Management Team.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
