Job description

J3101 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in their search for a Stocking Manager with responsibility for the day to day management of their stocking system across different asset types.

Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Day to day management of stocking system for 2 asset type teams.

  • Build new schemes and users as required.

  • Create mechanism for scheme info etc to be passed from sales to stocking.

  • Communicate clearly with local sales in terms of dealer stocking progress, utilisation and performance.

  • Communicate clearly with vendors and dealers where required.

  • Provide training to local sales in terms of dealer training and dealer daily system use.

  • Manage process of obtaining, checking and approving vendor/dealer invoices/self billers.

  • Monitor stocking in boxes.

  • Oversee audit process centrally.

  • Work with Collections where/when required.

  • Manage/oversee the daily activities of asset class specific internal sales team.

  • Develop strong relationships with Brokers and Dealers – manage queries and deals .

  • Deliver sales targets In conjunction with sales team.

  • Engage with Risk on credit matters and declines.

  • Develop systems and processes. that benefit the agriculture channel

  • Ensure all data is maintained up to date and correct.

  • Conduct annual and regular staff reviews.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • In depth knowledge of stocking product and systems.

  • Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of different finance products (HP, Loan, lease).

  • Knowledge of different asset types.

  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop team members to deliver high quality service.

  • Good time management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise.

  • IT skills to include Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ability to learn new IT products.

  • Team player with line management experience.

  • Ability to work autonomously.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
