J3126 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in their search for an Internal Account Manager, Agriculture. You will be a direct sales person acting as the primary point of contact with Agriculture end-user customers, introducers, dealers and associated vendors in order to maximise finance opportunities and sales.

In conjunction with sector Heads, manage and fully understand front end sales tools such as from set up, installation and operation.
Provide training where required to font-end users to ensure it is understood and effectively used to create asset finance opportunities.
Manage front-end proposals through to credit decisioning and follow-up channel and end-user customer introductions to discuss and close financing sales.
Create all resulting documentation to a high standard of accuracy in line with approved deal criteria on the system.
Manage an efficient process from input to payout, including document completion and document return, supplier invoicing and/or manufacturer subsidy to facilitate payout in a timely manner.
Work as part of an Internal Sales team providing support to primarily, but not exclusively, Agriculture.
Testing of new system developments and enhancements.
Knowledge of the asset finance or agricultural/transportation/construction industry and products offered.
Proven experience in direct sales in a related asset finance industry.
Strong credit skills to present deals and challenge referrals and declines.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proven sales ability/success including the ability to close deals with external customers in a competitive environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to operate as an individual and part of a team.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
