Job description

​J3165 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in their search for a Customer Services Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will create, build and maintain exceptional relationships with both internal and external customers. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a related industry, you will have continual contact with customers and be able to prioritise work and demonstrate empathy and understanding.

Excellent salary and end of contract bonus. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver high quality, flexible customer service which maximise customer satisfaction.

  • Develop a pro-active approach to Customer Service with the objective of improving relationships with customers and introducers.

  • Effectively manage internal and external customer enquiries by phone, e-mail and letter.

  • Use initiative to re-direct or escalate query where necessary whilst maintaining ownership.

  • Check early settlements adhering to relevant legislation and company policy.

  • Manage withdrawals and part payments on CCA regulated deals.

  • Effective Complaints handling in line with procedure.

  • Production of various documentation and updating financial changes onto lease administration system.

  • Handle customer audit requests.

  • Ability to use problem solving skills to produce effective and efficient managed solutions.

  • Provide a range of financial statements and copy documentation to customers.

  • Administer the provision of new direct debits and updated bank details and updating Lease Administration system with assistance from Business administrators

  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulation.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
