J3183 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of asset finance to UK businesses in their search for a Sales Support Administrator. You will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service whilst handling telephone enquiries on a wide range of topics from internal and external customers.
Salary: £22,000 - £24,500 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Scotland, Edinburgh (Hybrid).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Provide office support to either an individual or team and it is vital for the smooth-running of a business.
Enthusiastic and professional.
Experienced administrative assistant with training in a wide range of office administration tasks.
Able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team.
We're looking for a dependable, organised, excellent communicator.
An exemplary work ethic plus enthusiasm for preparation and order is also a must.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
