Job description

​J3212 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in their search for a Marketing and Internal Communications Executive. You will assist with the delivery of marketing plans to support key customers. Primarily focussed on internal communications and employee activities you will also engage in supporting general marketing activities and the management of marketing processes and digital assets.

Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Surrey (Hybrid).


  • Establish an internal communications plan in conjunction with the marketing manager.

  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders.

  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums.

  • Support the drafting of messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form.

  • Ensure internal and external communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments and with external communication messages.

  • Keep internal customers abreast of progress and answer their questions.

  • Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.

  • Ownership, management and maintenance of Intranet Platform with regular, timely content.

  • Support the events team with relevant communications to the business to raise awareness of the events and how they support the various business objectives.

  • Maintain and update company's internet with relevant content.

  • Co-ordinate and prepare presentations/promotional materials including partner promotions

  • Co-ordinate Choices, the sales awards programme for brokers.


  • Experience of managing campaigns and workload.

  • Experience of creating content with excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills and the ability to source stories from employees.

  • A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure and to deadlines.

  • Organisational skills, ability to work on and manage several ongoing projects simultaneously.

  • Good communicator/excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Good time management.

  • Team player.

  • Demonstrate creativity for designing content which is both creative and visually engaging.

  • Experience in online web/email applications.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.

Applicants will only be considered with relevant in-country experience.
