​J3229 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading UK provider of business finance solutions in its search for an Internal Broker Manager.

• Your key remit is to arrange Loans and Soft/Hard Asset Finance, securing funding for businesses ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000. It's a dynamic, fast-paced position that promises to keep you engaged, motivated with the ability to learn and grow.

• You will engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.

• While previous sales experience, particularly in the commercial finance sector, is preferred, we are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact.

• This is an office-based position, allowing you to immerse yourself in the collaborative work culture. (Remote work may be considered, subject to approval).

• Salary: To £35,000 plus excellent uncapped commission bonus and benefits. (OTE c£90,000). Location: Greater London / Essex (Office Based).
