​J3319 - New Leaf Search has partnered with an SME focussed financial services company in its search for an Operations Director.

• Your key remit will be to lead, motivate, develop and improve the Operations and Risk function with accountability for the operational delivery of customer experience and satisfaction.

• As a key member of the Asset Finance management team, you will actively contribute to the strategic development of operating models and deliver on key metrics.

• As an accomplished leader with over 15 years in senior management roles, you will be a strategic thinker with the ability to spot future trends in the market for business opportunities.

• Salary: £100,000 - £135,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Leeds (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
