​J3325 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist bank focused on providing asset finance solutions in its search for a Broker Development Manager.

• This role would suit a self-confident, credible, and ambitious individual with a developed collaboration and team spirit who would be looking to further their career within Asset Finance.

• You will identify opportunities in the market to maximise origination volumes.

• Originate and develop new business with existing assigned brokers by maintaining and strengthening the business relationship as well as on-board and manage new broker relationships.

• Salary: c£70,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Southern England (Remote).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.

You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
