​J3326 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist bank focused on providing asset finance solutions in its search for an Internal Sales Broker Manager.

• Originate and develop new business with existing assigned brokers by maintaining and strengthening the business relationship.

• Manage daily pipeline of proposals and achieve an adequate acceptance to completion ratio for Brokers of responsibility.

• Support BDM with customer document creation and pay out checks process.

• This role would suit a self-confident, credible, and ambitious individual with a developed collaboration and team spirit who would be looking to further their career within Asset Finance.

• Salary: To £45,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, London (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
