J3363 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Broker Manager to manage and develop relationships in the UK agriculture sector.

• You will create, build and maintain excellent relationships with brokers/ introducers and dealer partners to to maximise finance volumes and profitability.
• The ability to build relationships and prioritise work will be key to success, and the field based nature of the role will involve regular network visits and a requirement to attend head office on a regular basis.
• It is preferable for the successful candidate to have a minimum of 5 years previous experience in a sales support and account management position within the leasing / finance industry and knowledge of the UK agricultural market.
• Alternatively, you may be an experienced broker manager who has specialised in the agricultural sector or, has financed agriculture equipment as part of a more general broker manager role.
• Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. UK, England (Flexible Location) (Remote).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
