​J3366 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Head of Asset Management.

• You will Lead, coach and develop the Asset Management team to provide a professional and respected service to both internal and external customers.

• Set values of Residual Value Investments (RVI’s) in Operating Lease transactions in accordance with the RV Policies.

• For transactions where the RV exposure exceeds the delegated limit, you will provide advice, information and recommendations to the SLT to review/approve.

• Undertake the management of the maturity and remarketing of all Lease assets with an Own-Book RV exposure, managing RV risk to minimise losses and ensure appropriate end of term income.

• You will possess In-depth knowledge of wide range of asset classes and impact of technological changes and well as demonstrate understanding of balancing risk and reward in RV asset assessments.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
