• You will lead and manage a team of Recoveries Account Managers as well as assist the Head of Collections in maintaining accurate bad debt provisioning across the various business portfolios.

• Deliver positive, appropriate and sustainable outcomes for customers to help them regain financial stability based on their circumstances.

• Maintain and deliver a regulatory and governance framework.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
