​​J3379 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider in its search for a Senior Credit Manager, to build strong and lasting relationships with introductory sources by working closely with them to structure proposals that work for both customer and lending team.

• Assess transactions within your lending mandate or for recommendation to a higher mandate holder where required.

• Speak with brokers on a daily basis to and get to the right decision as quickly as possible.

• Provide guidance and support to your team to maximise opportunities.

• You will have strong commercial lending experience in both secured and unsecured lending.

• Experience of 'story book lending'; ability to look at the proposal structure and write a compelling case for why a deal should be done.

• Salary: £55,000 - £69,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Hampshire (Hybrid).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
