Overview:
New Leaf Search is proud to partner with a leading European financial services group in the search for an experienced Account Manager to support and grow its Technology and Healthcare financing portfolio.

This is a remote role based in the Netherlands, ideal for a professional with a strong background in equipment leasing and vendor finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise vendor finance programmes tailored to technology and healthcare partners

• Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and customers

• Onboard new partners by delivering engaging presentations and training sales teams

• Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders across the vendor finance ecosystem

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in equipment leasing, preferably within vendor finance

• Solid knowledge of local market conditions

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background:

• Proven experience in asset finance and leasing

• In-country experience is essential – applications without this cannot be considered
