J3446 – Account Manager, Technology & Healthcare, BNLX – The Netherlands (Remote) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Account Manager, Technology & Healthcare.
Salary: €70,000–€90,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: The Netherlands (Remote).

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and expand a portfolio of international and local financing programmes across the technology and medical sectors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and customers, ensuring applications are processed within agreed timelines.

• Acquire new partners and customers, delivering presentations and onboarding training to their Sales teams.

• Lead on complex financing applications, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the credit process.

• Prioritise workload effectively in a dynamic environment, maintaining professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

• Work closely with the Sales team and Customer Service Team to manage the full customer lifecycle.

• Participate in improvement initiatives and IT projects (e.g., acting as a super-user).

• Provide audit support and mentoring to less experienced colleagues.

• Report directly to the Head of Sales.

Person Specification:

• 5+ years’ experience in the equipment leasing market, ideally within vendor finance and with knowledge of local BNLX markets.

• Strong commercial drive with a hunter mentality and appetite for acquiring new partners and transactions.

• Numerically strong with experience in lease calculations and evaluating complex financing structures.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with strong command of English and fluent in Dutch.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, service-oriented and accurate, with the ability to manage conversations across seniority levels.

• HBO+ level education.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced commercial environment.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing. You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
