New Leaf Search has partnered with a well-established specialist lending plc to recruit an experienced Asset Manager – IT.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maximising the retained profit from IT equipment coming off lease. This includes identifying the best route to market—whether through re-leasing, retail sale, or wholesale disposal—while ensuring strong margin retention and efficient recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Re-lease equipment to existing or new customers.

• Sell equipment via retail or wholesale channels.

• Maintain profit margins and maximise value retained within the business.

• Oversee recycling processes and ensure operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in asset management within Financial Services, especially in Asset Finance and Leasing.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing end-of-lease equipment effectively.

• Ability to work independently and make data-informed commercial decisions.

• UK-based experience is essential. Applications without relevant in-country experience will not be considered.
