Credit Risk Manager – Flow (12-Month FTC)
Location: Thames Valley (Hybrid)

New Leaf Search is partnering with a global B2B financial services provider to recruit an experienced Credit Risk Manager (Flow) on a 12-month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Underwrite Small Ticket credit applications (end-users, introducers, schemes)

• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Support process improvements, incl. automation tools

• Develop reports to monitor team and portfolio performance

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards

• Review and update credit policies in line with business needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in asset finance / leasing risk management

• Strong grasp of financial statements and credit principles

• Digital mindset; experience with process automation and efficiency

• Excellent stakeholder communication and time management skills
