J3500 – Customer Service Representative (12-Month FTC)
New Leaf Search has partnered with an international provider of business-to-business financial solutions in its search for a Customer Service Representative on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer calls, written correspondence, and internal queries, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
Key requirements:
A proven track record of delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers, via telephone and in writing
Experience working in a Customer Services team, ideally within Financial Services and/or a B2B environment – preferably in Asset Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Salary: Excellent, plus attractive bonus and benefits
Location: UK, Slough (Hybrid working model)
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
