New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group to recruit an Internal Relationship Manager (Sales).
This hybrid role focuses on managing and developing relationships with vendor, dealer, and broker partners, supporting programme delivery and driving sales activity. You’ll be part of a dynamic internal team, handling everything from initial contact to deal payout.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers and customers via regular calls
Act as the primary contact for standard and volume deals (small to mid-ticket)
Follow up on leads, discuss financing needs, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Promote value-added solutions such as staged payments and structured profiles
Identify and secure opportunities aligned with business goals and risk appetite
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver against sales strategies and growth targets
Qualify deals, assess creditworthiness, and prepare credit proposals
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal, and regulatory requirements
Manage the full sales process from quote through to payout
Keep internal systems updated and provide regular pipeline reports
Share market insights, raise process improvements, and participate in team meetings
Cover colleague accounts where necessary to ensure smooth service delivery
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in Asset Finance or Leasing (min. 3+ years)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Sales-focused, with strong attention to risk and detail
In-country experience (UK) is essential
