J3533 – Internal Relationship Manager (Sales) – UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for an Internal Relationship Manager (Sales).
Excellent salary, bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Greater London / Surrey (Hybrid).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with vendor, dealer and broker partners to drive consistent new business flow.

  • Act as the primary contact for introducers and customers on standard and volume small/mid-ticket transactions.

  • Follow a structured contact strategy to deepen relationships and maximise business opportunities.

  • Proactively follow up on leads, discuss financing requirements, negotiate pricing and close transactions.

  • Identify and secure new customers, passing relevant leads to the Business Development Manager.

  • Apply product knowledge to position added-value solutions (e.g., ORV, staged payments, structured profiles).

  • Qualify deals, assess creditworthiness and prepare credit proposals in line with credit policy.

  • Structure transactions that balance customer needs with profitability and risk appetite.

  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor introducer performance, update sales reporting tools and flag issues to the Sales Manager.

  • Manage deals end-to-end from quotation through to documentation and payout.

  • Collaborate closely with credit, legal, compliance, operations and other internal stakeholders.

  • Contribute to internal meetings, best-practice sharing and process improvement activities.

Person Specification:

  • Strong knowledge of the Asset Finance and Leasing industry, including market practices and regulatory considerations.

  • Proven experience in sales, relationship management or internal account management within financial services.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound commercial recommendations.

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
