New Leaf Search is recruiting a Collections Account Manager for a leading European financial services group. You’ll manage arrears for larger corporate and international accounts, working closely with the Technology Finance & Wholesale team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Technology Finance & Wholesale arrears portfolio and reporting

• Onboard customers and ensure timely payment of invoices

• Resolve arrears issues and liaise with sales for payment support

• Assess collections decisions based on program knowledge

• Manage cash allocations and prepare default referrals

• Support team leader with ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years managing large corporate debt, ideally in Asset Finance or related sectors

• Experience working with sales/support teams in collections

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new systems

• Team player with a positive attitude and good relationship skills

Applicants must have relevant UK experience in Financial Services, particularly Asset Finance or Leasing.
