About the role:
Join an international B2B financial solutions provider in a pro-active new business role within hard asset markets. Build and manage relationships with introducers and end customers across Manufacturing, Construction, and Transportation sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new client relationships & maintain introducer accounts
Generate leads via calls, emails, social media, events, and trade shows
Conduct sales meetings (remote & in-person) and deliver product training
Collaborate with Sales Manager and wider team to identify opportunities
Achieve sales targets & drive business growth
What weβre looking for:
β Proven Asset Finance & Leasing experience
β Strong commercial understanding in hard asset finance
β Track record in client engagement, pipeline building & deal closure
β Self-starter with high motivation & results-driven mindset
β Confident negotiating with senior stakeholders
β UK market experience
