New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading specialist lending plc to recruit a Payment Solutions Specialist with a focus on Public Sector Accounts.
Excellent salary up to £75,000, plus bonus & benefits. Location: UK, London / Midlands / Manchester (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale Payment Solutions within the Public Sector.

• Create propositions to drive acquisition, retention, and growth.

• Monitor market needs and deliver competitive offerings.

• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and territory performance.

• Support sales teams with client reviews, proposals, and coaching.

• Collaborate on new solutions, collateral, and commercial models.

• Expand client relationships post-deal to grow the Payment Solutions portfolio.

Person Specification

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Asset Finance, Leasing, Financial Services, or Technology Finance.

• Background in financing, sales, or business development (Public Sector experience an advantage but not essential).

• Strong consultative selling, product, and marketing expertise.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (Board, Legal, Operations, Finance, Sales).

• Results-driven, client-focused, with strong relationship-building ability.

• Relevant UK market experience is essential.

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant in-country experience; without which, your application will not be considered.
