New Leaf Search has partnered with a specialist finance provider in its search for an Internal Account Executive.

Salary to £35,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits.
UK, Flexible Location (Remote).

Working closely with the SME external sales team, this role supports the attraction, negotiation and conversion of customer proposals into new business. You will manage allocated introducers and prospects, delivering a consistent, efficient and knowledgeable service while supporting wider business growth initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

• Support SME external sales through proactive relationship management

• Develop and manage allocated introducers, prospects and customers

• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, accountants, vendors and referrers

• Manage proposal pipelines, risk templates and deal documentation

• Maintain CRM accuracy and attend sales meetings

• Drive conversion rates and achieve agreed financial targets

• Support change initiatives to improve performance and efficiency

• Ensure quality standards are met through a “right first time” approach

Person Specification

• Experience within Financial Services and/or an internal sales environment

• Understanding of Asset Finance products

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well organised with good time management

• Comfortable working with numbers and basic credit analysis

• Team-oriented with a proactive, service-led approach

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
