J3573 – New Business Coordinator (6-Month FTC) – UK, Surrey / Greater London (Hybrid) – Asset Finance

New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group to recruit a New Business Coordinator on a 6-month FTC.

This role ensures approved proposals are accurately documented and prepared for activation and payout. You’ll work closely with vendors, dealers, brokers and internal teams to resolve queries and deliver strong service within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate documentation to payout stage.

• Liaise with partners to resolve issues and confirm equipment delivery.

• Load and check deal data and cashflows in appropriate software.

• Ensure compliance with credit approvals and partner agreements.

• Liaise with Finance to book funds and prepare payments.

• Check deals above £75k and authorise supplier invoices.

• Produce Welcome Letters and supporting documentation.

Additional Duties

• Support prompt payouts and assist with process improvements.

• Contribute to internal projects and prepare pricing when required.

Person Profile

• Highly numerate, accurate and strong problem-solver.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Organised, proactive and confident working under pressure.

• Competent with Word and Excel (Access desirable).

We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
