Operations Support Executive

Location: Thames Valley, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Bonus & Benefits
New Leaf Search is delighted to be partnering with a well-established specialist lending PLC in their search for an experienced Operations Support Executive.
This is a vital role in supporting the lifecycle of asset finance transactions, ensuring operational accuracy and excellent service delivery to customers, funders, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading deals onto the system and updating as they progress through credit, documentation, funding, and payout.
Processing deals: checking rates, uploading assets, generating payment plans, and preparing lease documentation.
Supporting the sales team with settlements, document requests, and general queries.
Proactively managing the pipeline and resolving any blockers to deal progression.
Handling customer queries including copy invoices, welcome packs, and full/partial settlement figures.
Generating invoices for new business, novations, settlements, and funder activity.
Key Requirements:
Strong financial acumen and solid Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
High attention to detail is an absolute must along with strong organisational capability.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
