J3610 – Vendor Relationship Manager – UK, Flexible Location (Remote) – Asset Finance
New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading solutions-oriented asset finance partner in its search for a Vendor Relationship Manager to operate in hard asset sectors – transportation, construction, agriculture, industrial.
Salary £65,000 – £80,000+ plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Flexible Location (Remote).
The Role
This is a commercial, front-line role focused on developing and managing vendor relationships to drive new business growth, profitability and strategic expansion.
You will combine relationship management, deal origination and transaction structuring, working closely with internal teams to deliver asset finance solutions across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, dealers and distributors
•Drive new business through vendor channels, introducers and direct customers
•Structure and negotiate asset finance transactions (leasing, HP, operating lease)
•Prepare and present credit proposals
•Manage pipeline performance and achieve volume and margin targets
•Monitor market trends and contribute to sector strategy
•Maintain oversight of portfolio performance and risk
•Collaborate with credit, operations and sales support teams
Candidate Profile
•Proven asset finance / leasing experience in specialist hard asset sectors or as a hard asset generalist
•Background in vendor, broker or business development roles
•Strong relationship management and commercial negotiation skills
•Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach
•Ability to manage territory and pipeline effectively
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
